1. Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver across Sri Lanka through trusted courier partners.
If your location is outside our courier service areas, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery method.
2. Delivery Timeframe
Colombo & Suburbs: 1–3 business days
Other Areas: 3–7 business days
Delivery times may vary due to public holidays, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 3 PM will be processed the next business day.
3. Shipping Charges
Standard delivery charges may apply depending on your location.
Any applicable charges will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
Free shipping may be offered during special promotions.
4. Order Processing
Orders will only be shipped once full payment is received (except Cash on Delivery orders).
You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS once your order is placed and a tracking number once dispatched.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available for selected locations.
Please ensure you have the exact amount ready for the courier.
A COD service fee may apply in addition to the shipping cost.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking link via email or SMS so you can monitor your delivery status.
7. Delays
While we aim to deliver your order within the stated time, delays may occur due to courier network issues, extreme weather, or other factors beyond our control. We will inform you promptly in such cases.
8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please provide accurate delivery details at checkout.
If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the customer, redelivery fees may apply.
