• We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option.

• Luxedevo reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, inaccurate information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Pricing & Charges

• All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR).

• Delivery charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

• Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver islandwide within 6 working days.

• Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, weather, strikes).

6. Returns & Refunds

• We offer a 7-day money back guarantee (excluding delivery fee & 10% service charge).

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.

• Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

• We respect your privacy and handle your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
